吕运开教授、博士生导师

一、个人简介
吕运开(Lv Yun-Kai),男,教授,硕士/博士研究生导师,生于1967年11月,河北省隆尧县人。1987年6月毕业于河北大学化学系,1999年获河北大学分析化学硕士学位,2004年获南开大学分析化学博士学位, 2005年在河北大学化学博士后流动站工作。1987年7月至今在河北大学化学与环境科学学院任教。

(三) 研究领域与兴趣

  1. 先进功能材料合成

    (1)多孔有机聚合物(POPs)合成及应用:金属有机骨架(MOFs)、共价有机骨架(COFs)、共轭微孔聚合物(CMPs)、超交联聚合物(HCPs)、多孔配位聚合物(PCPs)。开发POPs新特性,包括纳米酶、绿色催化剂、高选择性吸附材料,分别应用于疾病标志物检测、光催化降解持久性有机污染物,分离富集食品中农兽药残留。

   (2)诊疗一体化荧光量子点的合成及应用。

   (3)高稳定性固体酸合成及其催化加氢应用  

 2. 仪器分析

  (1)色谱-质谱联用技术:分析对象主要包括环境污染物、疾病标志物、农兽药残留、中草药活性成分等。

  (2)荧光分析及成像分析:主要检测疾病标志物,以及研究植物活性成分与酶、蛋白质、外泌体、癌细胞、肿瘤标志物等的作用机制。
